Raphoe, Co
Donegal. The company is headed up by TJ McMenamin and has
been
involved in architectural design in The Donegal area for the last 15
years. We draw on this expertise in

design and construction sector, to ensure that we can develop the
clients ideas
and aspirations into reality, in an efficient and cost efficient manner,

design and planning stages, prepare detailed tender documentation and

drawings, obtain quotations from contractors, supervise and certify the
construction through to completion, including interior design and
landscaping.
We have many years experience in dealing with
all aspects of the planning process, from advice on planning policy and
zoning
etc. to organising pre-planning meetings and submission of comprehensive
planning applications. We have a good working relationship with the
Council
officials in the various local authorities as well as experience in
planning
law.
